Week 1
Week 1 kicks off your adventure, inviting you to playfully explore the Aerial Trapeze! You'll learn to sit, swing, and try out some cool shapes on the classic bar – feeling like a proper circus star in the making!
Down on the ground, we'll introduce you to some easy-going Hand Balance and Tumbling moves, helping you feel a bit more confident and nimble.
Week 2
In Week 2, get ready to have a go on the Aerial Silks. These are those lovely long fabrics you see people hanging from! You'll learn the basics of climbing and wrapping yourself up, just for the sheer fun of it.
This week also introduces you to the surprisingly calming and fun art of Juggling, where we'll teach you a trick or two to keep balls happily airborne.
Week 3
As Week 3 arrives, you'll glide into action on the Aerial Hoop, a wonderful metal ring suspended in the air. We'll show you how to find your balance and create some lovely, graceful poses inside it.
Back on solid ground, you'll have a delightful go at Equilibristics, which is simply the joy of balancing.
Week 4
Finally, Week 4 brings a really exciting and collaborative finish to your term. You'll get to try out the Chinese Pole, learning some truly impressive climbs and holds that feel amazing to achieve.
And to wrap things up, you'll explore Adagio, which is all about gentle, shared balances and movements with a partner – a lovely way to end your journey feeling connected and proud of your new circus prowess!
