Our policies are based on the official advice provided by the Ministry of Health, Education New Zealand and Exercise New Zealand. All our staff is fully vaccinated.

Thank you for your cooperation and support since the start of the pandemic!

The basics don't change at all levels:

  •  Stay home if you feel sick and get tested. Only return once you have a negative result and don't have any more symptoms.
  • Wash you hands regularly with soap, or use hand sanitizer.

Green and Orange

We will operate the same way under the Green and Orange level.

  • No restrictions
  • Masks are mandatory for everyone aged 12 years old and above unless exercising. Although masks can be removed while exercising, we encourage everyone to keep them on as much as possible.
  • No physical distancing: adagio and partnered skills are permitted
  • Spotting is allowed.
  • All equipment is available.
  • There are no gathering limits

Red

Do I have to wear a face covering at the Hub?

Everyone aged 12 and over must wear a mask under the Red setting, including during classes.

We realise that some people may not be able to wear a mask due to a disability or mental condition, and this will be respected. If this is your case, please let your trainer know on arrival.

Birthday Parties and Group bookings

Your group will be considered as one 'bubble' meaning that physical contact is permitted and masks are not required while participating in the lesson or gathering on the mezzanine.
