Kids & Teens - I want to book for my child, how do I do this?


First, you will need to add your child to your own account. Go to your profile and click on the “My family” tab, and “add a child account”. Your child’s name will then appear under “My family”. Click on “Use profile” to book for them. When you are done, exit their profile and return to your main account. Please note that when you add a child to your account, the system creates 2 different accounts linked together. This means that it is important to go through the "My family" tab and select your child's account each time you want to book them in. Kids & Teens - I want to book for multiple children, how do I do this?


Add all of your children to your family account on your profile. Now, you are ready to book each child into the relevant class. You will have to book each child separately. Follow the steps for booking a class for your child as per above. Once you are done, return to your account. Select the next child and repeat the process. Kids & Teens - I booked myself by accident, instead of my child. What do I do now?


Don’t worry, that happens! Cancel your booking and book your child into the class instead. Your credit will be returned into your account (rather than your child’s account), so you will have to pay again when making the booking for your child. Please contact us if you need help by email at info@circus.org.nz . We can refund your booking or transfer the credit to your child’s account. Please include your name, your child’s name and the date of the booking you would like to be refunded for.




How do I find out which is the best suitable class for myself or my child?


We have information for new students available here to give you guidance for where to start. If you would like more information or assistance, we would be more than happy to help you! Adults - How do I book a class for myself?


The easiest way to book is through the Glofox app, but you can also book directly on our website. For first time users, please create a Glofox account with your name and valid email address. This can be done by going on either the kids/teens classes page or the adults classes page, and selecting a class, or clicking on "Register" (above the dates selector). Once done, login and choose the class from our class schedule. Navigate through the dates, or filter by class type at the top of the schedule. Click on the ‘book’ button next to the class you want to enrol in. A pop up will appear giving you information about the class, including dates, trainers, and price. Click "Book". Click on “Card” and enter your credit/debit card details, then click done. After entering your card details you will have a chance to review everything before you finalise the transaction. Once you’re good to go, click on the "book" button. You will receive a confirmation email with some important info on what to bring for your class etc. We have a step-by-step guide on how to book a class using the Glofox booking system here.




How much are your classes?


You can find the information about pricing on the Kids & Teens booking page or the Adults Classes booking page, or on the terms & conditions page. A reminder: - Kids and Teens classes run as term bookings. Classes can also be booked individually at the single class price. - Adults classes are booked individually (no term bookings). Credit packs are available for purchase.




How do I find out when a particular class is scheduled?


There are 2 ways to do this: 1) Look at our timetable (available on our homepage, on the kids & teens page, or adults page), or 2) From the booking page, you can use the date selector to view the classes offered each day.




Why can't I book for tonight's class?


The cut-off time to book for a class is 3 hour before the start time. While it gives you more flexibility, we do hugely appreciate earlier bookings as it gives our trainers time to plan personalised classes.




I cancelled from tonight's class, why isn't the credit back on my account?


We do not offer refund or credit for cancellation done less than 24 hours before the class starts, and for no-show. Exceptions may be made if a cancellation was made to self-isolate during the Covid-19 crisis. If this is the case, please contact the management team promptly.




I can't make a class that I booked, how do I cancel?


There are two easy ways to cancel your existing booking: 1) The booking confirmation email has a cancellation link. 2) Login to your Glofox account. From your profile, click on the "Bookings" tab. You will find a cancel button beside your upcoming classes. (download the app for easier process) Please note that there are no refunds or credit back for late-cancellation (less than 24 hour before class).




What should I wear to class?


Wear comfortable stretchy, snug fitting clothes. No zips, buttons, ties/cords or sharp bits please! Short or tights, and a singlet or T-shirt are perfect. Classes are either done in bare feet or in socks. For safety reasons, please don’t wear any jewellery; we have tape available to cover any piercings if necessary. It is a good idea to bring a long-sleeve top and tight/longer pants, so you can cover your skin to protect it if needed (especially for aerials). If you need to get changed at the hub, we have female and all genders bathrooms available where you can get changed, and cubby holes for you to leave your belongings during your class.




Can I book for a full term?


Our Kids and Teens classes are booked by term. Adults classes are not available for booking for a full term. However, you can purchase a 10-class pack and prebook your classes if you want!




Where do I download the Glofox app?


The Glofox app is available on the Apple Store and Google Play. Once downloaded, look up "The Circus Hub" and create/register your account. And that's it! You can use the app to easily manage your profile and your family members, look up our timetable, book a class or a private lesson, and read our latest update. The app is very user friendly, and the easiest way to book.




What method of payment do you accept?


Debit/Credit Card Debit/Credit card payments are processed by Stripe and can be done when booking on the website. We are only able to take card payments online and not in person. Bank Transfer Please get in touch with us to book your classes if you wish to pay via Bank Transfer. There will generally be a delay in booking you onto the class or course, as these need to be manually configured. The payment processing fee still applies to bank transfer. Bank details: Account name: Wellington Circus Trust ​Account Number: 38-9004-0580146-00. ​Reference: Student name, day, class type ie. "Jo Smith, Mon 7:30pm, DuoTrapeze") Cash Please get in touch with us to book your class. If you wish to pay cash, bring the exact amount. Leave your payment in our honesty box in the office, clearly identified in the envelope provided. *No change available, bring the exact amount!




Kids & Teens - Can I use my class credits to pay for a term booking?


We are currently transitioning from single class booking to term bookings for all Kids & Teens Classes, so we appreciate that many of you will have leftover credits. Don't worry, you can use your credits left from your 10-class pass! Please send us an email with the following details: - your name - name of your child you would like to book for - name, day and time of the class you would like to book into We will send you an email with the amount left to pay after applying your credits.
Once we receive your permission, we will charge this amount to your credit card registered on your account, and send you a booking confirmation. To speed up the process, please make sure to add a credit card on your account.
