I want to book for my child, how do I do this?

First, you will need to add your child to your account. To add a child, go to your profile and click on the “My family” tab and “add a child account”. Once you have completed this process, your child’s name will appear under “My family”. Click on “use profile” when you are ready to make a booking under your child’s name. When you are done, simply exit their profile and return to your main account. Please note that when you add a child to your account, the system creates 2 different accounts linked together. This means that it is important to go through the "My family" tab and select your child's account each time you want to book them in. I want to book for multiple children, how do I do this?

First, make sure you have added all of your children to your family account. Now, you are ready to book each child into the relevant class. You will have to book each child separately, so simply follow the steps for booking a class for your child as per above. Once you are done, return to your main account. I booked myself by accident, instead of my child. What do I do now?

Don’t worry, that happens! You can just cancel your booking and book your child into the class instead. Your credit will be returned into your account (rather than your child’s account), so you will have to pay again when making the booking for your child. Please contact us on if you need help. We can refund your booking or transfer the credit to your child’s account. Please include your name, your child’s name and the date of the booking you would like to be refunded for.

How do I find out what class is best suited for my child?

Our classes for kids & teens are general circus classes. This means that all classes offer a variety of skills. We currently don't offer speciality classes for youth (such as a aerial silks or contortion class). Classes are offered from age 3. From kids over 8 years old, they are streamed by level. If you have questions about which level to enrol in, please get in touch and let us know what relevant prior experience your child has (such as dance or gymnastics). Preschool: 3 to 4 years old (parent participation is required) Juniors: 5 to 7 years old Kids: 8 to 12 years old (beg/int/adv) Teens: 13-18 years old (beg/int/adv)

How do I book a class for myself?

The easiest way to book is through the Glofox app, but you can also book directly on our website. For first time users, please create a Glofox account with your name and valid email address. This can be done by going on either the kids/teens classes page or the adults classes page, and selecting a class, or clicking on "Register" (above the dates selector). Once you have set up an account, you can login and choose the class you are interested in from our class schedule. Navigate through the dates, or filter by class type at the top of the schedule. Click on the ‘book’ button next to the class you want to enrol in. A pop up will appear giving you information about the class, including dates, trainers, and price. Click Book. Click on “Card” and enter your credit/debit card details, then click done. After entering your card details you will have a chance to review everything before you finalise the transaction. Once you’re good to go, click on the book button. You will receive a confirmation email with some important info on what to bring for your class etc. . How much are your classes?

You can either purchase a single, or buy a credit pack to book into multiple classes which brings the price down a lot. To help us manage the uncertainty of the Covid pandemic, we are not currently running term classes, so every class have to be booked individually. Pricing for single classes: 1 hour class (Preschool, Juniors, Circus Fit): $25/class + $2 payment processing fee 1.5 hour class (Kids, Teens, Adults): $35/class + $2 payment processing fee Zoom classes: $15 + $1 payment processing fee Credit Packs (price include payment processing fee): 10-class pack - Preschool, Juniors: $186.50 10-class pack - Kids & Teens: $258 10-class pack - Adults: $290 5-class pack - Circus Fit: $110 3-class pack - Circus Fit: $75 Note: Credit packs are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

How do I find out when a particular class is scheduled?

There are 2 ways to do this: 1) Look at our weekly timetable at the bottom of our home page, or 2) From the booking page, you can use the date selector to view the classes offered each day.

Why can't I book for tonight's class?

The cut-off time to book for a class is 3 hour before the start time. While it gives you more flexibility, we do hugely appreciate earlier bookings as it gives our trainers time to plan personalised classes.

Can I book in advance for classes?  What's the easiest way to do this?

Yes, you can book up to 10 weeks in advance. If you purchase a 10-class packs, you will pay the equivalement as if you booked into a term course. There is currently no way to book multiple classes in one single step as we are not running term courses during the pandemic. You will need to book each class separately. Go to the calendar view on our website and book the class you would like to enrol in. Then click on the arrow on the right hand side which will take you straight to the following week so you can book your next class; continue like this until you have booked all your classes.

I cancelled from tonight's class, why isn't the credit back on my account?

We do not offer refund or credit for cancellation done less than 24 hours before the class starts, and for no-show. Exceptions may be made if a cancellation was made to self-isolate during the Covid-19 crisis. If this is the case, please contact the management team promptly.

I can't make a class that I booked, how do I cancel?

There are two easy ways to cancel your existing booking: 1) The booking confirmation email has a cancellation link. 2) Login to your Glofox account. From your profile, click on the "Bookings" tab. You will find a cancel button beside your upcoming classes. Please note that there are no refunds or credit back for late-cancellation (less than 24 hour before class).

What should I wear to class?

Wear comfortable stretchy, snug fitting clothes. No zips, buttons, ties/cords or sharp bits please!! Classes are either done in bare feet or in socks. For safety reasons, please don’t wear any Jewellery; we have tape available to cover any piercings if necessary. If you need to get changed at the hub, we have female and all genders bathrooms available where you can get changed and cubby holes for you to leave your belongings during your class.

Can I book for a full term?

To help us manage the uncetainty of the pandemic, all bookings are only for single classes at the moment; we will go back to term classes soon, but for now it’s all casual. However, we offer 10-class packs which gives the same discount per class as booking into a term course. Classes can be booked 10 weeks in advance, so you can book them all at once if you want!

Where do I download the Glofox app?

The Glofox app is available on the Apple Store and Google Play. Once downloaded, look up "The Circus Hub" and create/register your account. And that's it!
You can use the app to easily manage your profile and your family members, look up our timetable, book a class or a private lesson, and read our latest update. The app is very user friendly, and the easiest way to book.
