HOW TO BOOK
Bookings are essential for all our classes and can be done directly on our website.
We are migrating onto a new booking system!
For all classes from the 18th of May, bookings will be done via our new system Glofox, which integrates directly on our website.
Head over to our Circus Classes or Online Classes pages to see the schedule and book into a class. The registering process is very simple.
Enrolling a child
If you would like to enroll for a child, simply create an account for yourself. Once your account has been created, you will be able to access your profile. In the Family tab, you will have the option to add your child.
Once you have added your child in your profile, you will just have to click the "Use" button beside their name to book them into a class.

Our classes can only be booked as a single class (casual) at the moment, as we are not running Term courses right now. However, we do have 10-trip cards available which will give you the same savings per class as booking for a term class.
Buy your 10-trip under the membership tab or click here. They are available for 1.5 hour classes, and we also have smaller pack for Circus Fit.
We will be running casual bookings until the end of 2020.

You will have to purchase a 1-credit Circus Fit class, as the Pay-As-You-Go option will not be available.

Payment Processing Fee
With our previous booking system (Mindbody), credit card fees were added after the payment was made, and appeared on your bank statement. Since the change of system, those fees are now included in the cost of the class ($1 to $2 per class). You will not have to pay any extra fee than the amount you see on the website.
The payment processing fee also applies to cash payments and bank transfers, to cover the administrative work required to process those.
Debit/Credit card payments are processed by Stripe and can be done when booking on the website.
Please get in touch with us to book your classes if you wish to pay via Bank Transfer. There will generally be a delay in booking you onto the class or course, as these need to be manually configured. The payment processing fee still applies to bank transfer.

Please get in touch with us to book your class. If you wish to pay cash, bring the exact amount. Leave your payment in our honesty box in the office, clearly identified in the envelope provided.

Please contact us if you wish to set up one of the following options:
- Set up automatic payments into our bank account
- Set up regular payments on your debit/credit card.
Admin fee: $9/person, per course.
Payments can be made weekly, forthrightly or monthly.
All payments must be made on the dates agreed. The whole fee must be paid in full at least a week before the term finishes. Any missed payments may incur an additional charge of $20 minimum per missed payment.
