Refunds policy
The Wellington Circus Trust does not normally issue refunds when people pull out of classes after the Early Payment date (if one is specified). This is because: * we still have to cover the costs we have committed to based on enrolments for venue hireage, tutor payments, administration and equipment maintenance. These costs are only just met by income from the classes. * student numbers are restricted (often to just eight per class) and places are booked on a first-come first-served basis. Therefore, a place that is booked by a student who does not attend could have been taken (and paid for) by another student, if it had not already been booked. However: * we do try to accommodate you in other classes within the same block if possible. Generally students who wish to make up classes can attend circus fit classes on a drop-in basis and other classes on arrangement with the tutor. * if you pull out before the early payment date we will refund the cost of the class less an admin fee. The admin is generally the difference between the early payment date and the full price * if you feel you deserve special consideration or have concerns that you need to have addressed you may write to The Chairperson, Wellington Circus Trust, 11 Hutchison Road, Newtown, Wellington 6021. You are entitled to have your request / concerns considered by the Board of Trustees at their next meeting if you feel it is necessary. * We will always provide a full refund or credit if we have cancelled the course or changed it in such a way as it is unsuitable to you.
