WCT Refund Policy

The Wellington Circus Trust does not normally issue refunds when people pull out of classes. This is because:

• we still have to cover our costs for venue hireage, tutor payments and equipment maintenance, which are only just met by income from the classes.
• student numbers are restricted (often to just eight per class) and places are booked on a first-come first-served basis. Therefore, a place that is booked by a student who does not attend could have been taken and paid for by another student, if it had not already been booked.

However:

• we do try to accommodate you in other classes within the same 8-week block, if possible.
• you may on-sell your class place to another student at a similar ability level (but please check with your tutor first).
