12-3 Flying Trapeze Thursday 6-7pm
This course builds upper body strength, general fitness, coordination and spacial awareness. The class is suitable for beginner level adults and teens. Prior trapeze training helps but is not a prerequisite for this class, however a good level of general fitness is necessary.
Classes will be small (maximum 5 students). Other sessions are available on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
All classes are taught with a harness.
Please wear bare feet, stretch close fitting clothes with no zips, clips, pins or sharp bits, and no jewellery.
