FEATURING spectatular outdoor performances on the Big Rig and Stage from Magenta Diamond, Ake Ake, Empress Stilt Dance, Fire & Ice Horse Vaulting, The Pickle Family Circus and music from The Masterous Coloundrifull Troupe.

And Free Workshops in all the skills of the Circus from flying trapeze to unicycling & Juggling,

    Hi there

    My son, Ronan, is dead keen to go to Circus schoool so I was wondering if you would give me some info EG: Where you guys are stationed, What times the classes run, How much Etc. We live in wellington. He’s 14 years old & very fit.

    At the moment we run our classes at Te Whaea in Mount Cook, Wellington. Kids classes are run through Capital E - http://www.capitale.org.nz/

    We do also have a kids intensive next week :

    Kids Aerials Intensive,
    Wednesday 23rd - Friday 25th January, 4-6pm at Te Whaea.
    This is a chance to practise practise practise.. for 3 days in a row.. weeeheeee!
    Ideal for those adventurous young individuals who really want to challenge themselves before the start of the next term. The price is $60 for the 3 days. Tutor Alice Capper-Starr

    Age group 8-14yrs. All levels catered to.

    Yeah..I know…I’m way way after this event was on ….but just gotta say…. WOW!!!! I was totally blown away by how good us kiwis can be when we want to put together our own circus type of shows. Like something I saw at the recent Circus Proms…have still got that awesome sight of that guy who was doing spins on the fiery rope at the end of the Perilous/Gravity myths show thing in town. Alongside that guy were the others who did acts for Gravity…they were all awesome dudes for real.
